  • Can I make a consultation or inquiry in advance?
    Please feel free to contact us via LINE for a trial consultation.

  • How long will the experience take?
    Please arrive 3 minutes before the start of the session. The session will take approximately 60 minutes.
  • here is your 1on1 Strength located?
    We’re located in Ginza 1-chome, Tokyo (just a 2-minute walk from Ginza-itchome Station).
    Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send you the full details by email.
  • Can I book a trial on the day?
    Reservations for trials can be made up until 8:00 p.m. the day before. Please apply using the trial application form at the bottom of the site.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    Our cancellation policy is 100% on the day and 50% the day before, so please cancel as soon as possible.
  • How much does the trial cost? What payment methods are available? Can I get a receipt?
    The trial fee is 8,800 yen for 60 minutes. Payment can be made by various credit cards, transportation electronic money, and QR code payment. (*Payment method is one-time payment only.) Please note that cash cannot be used. A receipt can be issued, so please ask the instructor in charge.
  • Will they recommend tickets or items to me, or ask me to join after the trial?
    This is not the case. Our instructors will not sell you tickets or solicit you to join. If you would like to join, please contact us yourself.
  • Can I request a specific instructor?
    During the trial period, you cannot specify an instructor. Only members who join after the trial period can specify an instructor.
  • Are the instructors only female?
    Yes! Our instructors are all female. We only contract with instructors who are beautiful inside and out.
  • How can I use the experience after it has been completed?
    If you are satisfied with the experience, please tell the trainer that you would like to join. If you would like to join after your experience, please apply by email. If you do not wish to join, you can use the facility at the visitor's rate. Once you join, you will be able to use 1on1 Pilates, stretching, and muscle training at locations nationwide.
  • Can I book a trial by phone?
    We do not accept reservations by phone, so please apply using the trial application form at the bottom of the site.
  • Is it okay if I have no experience with strength training?
    Yes, even if you have no experience, you are welcome. Our friendly instructors will support you in having fun with pilates and provide you with the best experience.
  • I am older, is that okay?
    We will propose content that suits your situation, so even elderly people can use it without any problems.
  • What time can I experience this?
    You can choose from times between 7am and 10pm. You can make reservations according to your lifestyle.
